My studio is located in Southern Oregon on a mountain with a view to the forest where it is quiet, the air is clean and at night the stars shine bright. I live by Viktor E. Frankl's imperative:"Live as if you were living for the second time and had acted as wrongly the first time as you are about to act now." (Frankl,2006).
My B.F.A. is from Memphis College of Art, M.F.A. from The University of Texas at San Antonio, currently I am a candidate for a doctorate degree from University of Phoenix.
My work is exhibited nationally. I have been awarded a Fellowship Grant by the Oregon Arts Commission in 2000 and next year my work has been chosen as semi finalist at the National Portrait Gallery, Smithsonian Institute, Washington D.C.
The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art Artist Gallery, The Rogue Gallery and Art Center (Medford), and Gallery One in Grants Pass represent my work.
