| I have been designing and building high quality entrance doors since 1970. As a graduate of Cornell University and the University of California at Berkeley, I bring to my art and craft an architectural education and many years of experience in the fields of woodworking and custom construction.
My work has been featured in several books and periodicals, and I have also written numerous articles on door design and construction, and related subjects for several national magazines. In addition, I have taught seminars on these subjects for many years throughout the United States.
My current work, in addition to doors, includes stained glass and the design and construction of one-of-a-kind and limited edition lamps which incorporate a variety of materials including glass, stone, metals, and combinations of different woods. The goal is always to achieve a result that is functional, inspirational, visually outstanding and of uncompromising quality. | |
